Lookup Price is a digital marketing and AI studio based in Barcelona, Spain, with teams in Istanbul and Paris. What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, phone number, the services you tick and your message.
Like every website, our server and our network provider Cloudflare process your IP address and basic request data (browser, time, page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use your form data only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and carry out our work for you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who else processes it
Our hosting provider stores the site and its database. Cloudflare delivers the site and filters attacks. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it loads them. These providers act under their own data-processing terms and may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We set one necessary cookie, csrftoken, which protects the contact form from forged submissions. Staff who sign in to our admin area also receive a session cookie. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires for contracts and invoicing. Messages we recognise as spam are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to our use of it. Send your request to [email protected] or [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above.
